**Please note: I am back in my Manhattan office and will no longer be offering sessions in Brooklyn.

I was excited to read that Phase 3 has begun today in NYC. Case counts remain low and while everyone is still wearing masks, the city is beginning to open up. While we begin to sort out what is going on with my office at the Babies Project in Manhattan, I will be offering sessions on our rooftop in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn from Tuesday - Thursday, 8 AM-11 AM. If you are ready to get some support to improve your physical and emotional wellbeing, let’s get started!

What Will Outdoor Sessions Be Like? Well I have never done sessions on our roof, but I will be doing everything I can to make this an enjoyable and productive experience. It is the peak of Summer, so it will be hot! I am asking that you come wearing a bathing suit under your clothes so that you don’t have to change and will only be offering sessions from 8 AM-11 AM, while the rooftop is cooler. To stay out of the sun we will be working under a shade screen, and yes, there are stairs. If there is inclement weather, I will do my best to notify you in advance.

Will These Sessions Be Safe? From what we currently know, being outdoors seems to be the best option for lowering risk. You will be able to go strait up to the roof from the lobby of our building. I will be asking that everyone wear a mask at all times (that includes myself), and you will also be required to do a health screening to check for symptoms with each visit. I will be tested for COVID every two weeks as well. These will be a little more compressed sessions and working time will be shorter because of the time it takes to do a health screening. I also will not be able to do any work around the face, nose or mouth for obvious reasons. Other than the inconvenience of these protocols, we should be able to do safe sessions and I will always work within the bounds of what you are comfortable with.

If you have any questions, or are curious about how this could work, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I wish you love and support, wherever you are, and hope you are feeling safe and balanced in these wild and difficult times.
